We work with all major MS data formats, including:

Yes. We frequently work with existing datasets and can assess data quality, re-process if needed, and perform advanced statistical analysis. We can also join projects mid-stream if you need specialized analysis support.


Timeline depends on project scope:

- Simple re-analysis of processed data: 1–3 weeks

- Full LC–MS data processing and statistics: 4–6 weeks

- Complex multi-omics or large cohorts: 6–8 weeks

- Ongoing collaboration: flexible monthly retainer


Absolutely. All client data is treated as confidential by default. We are happy to sign NDAs, data processing agreements, and GDPR-compliant contracts, and data is stored securely and deleted after project completion unless otherwise agreed.


Standard deliverables typically include:

- Comprehensive analysis report (methods, results, interpretation)

- Publication-quality figures (multiple formats)

- Annotated results tables (feature lists, statistics, pathway results)

- Reproducible R code with documentation

- Raw output files from analysis software

- Fixed-price projects: quote based on scope (typical range: €2,000–€8,000)

- Hourly consulting: €120/hour(excl. taxes) for ad-hoc support

- Monthly retainer: for ongoing collaborations

- Academic discount: 15% discount for non-profit/academic projects


Yes, if the contribution warrants authorship according to ICMJE guidelines. Authorship expectations can be discussed during project planning, and for smaller contributions an acknowledgment is usually more appropriate.

- Workshops for research groups (half-day or full-day)
